Minimum Requirement: Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum 6 points (First Division = 3, Second Division = 2 and GPA 4 = 3, GPA 3 = 2 and GPA 2.5 = I point. Applicants securing 3r<1 class or scoring GPA below 2.5 in any examination will not be eligible to apply).

Years of schooling and job experience will carry weights.
