Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, with support from ICTD, BCC and LICT has
launched an executive training program - Advanced
Cerllf!Cllffl for ManagtN11tmf Professionals (ACMP) .t O
for middle management professionals in the IT/ITES industry. Starting from October 2017, IBA has so far trained 520 such professionals from 101 companies. Given the success of the program and resultant demand, IBA, with support from GoB,is going to take a new cohort of trainees during spring 2019.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The ACMP 4.0 is for management professionals in the IT/ITES Industry. The Participants should have graduation degree and at least have-
• 2 years of experience after graduation and must supervise a team of 5 Employees or,
• 5 years of overall relevant experience after graduation
COURSE HIGHLIGHTS
• 150 direct contact-hours,spread over 3 months
• Classes will be held 2 days a weekfrom 9:00 am to 5:00 pm,on Saturdays and Sundays

Only shortlisted applicants will be called for the assessment test (written and personal interview) to be held on 4 and 5 February,2019
CERTIFICATION
On successful completion of the course,participants will be awarded cert.ificates issued by MOP, IBA, University of Dhaka.
CURRICULUM
The curriculum is designed with inputs from distinguished faculty members of IBA, University of Dhaka, llM Ahmedabad,llT-Delhi,and IT/ITES industry leaders.
RESOURCE PERSON
The classes will be conducted by faculty members of IBA,
University of Dhaka, other academic institutions and industry.
COURSE FEE
The course fee of this program is BOT 150,528 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Eight Taka) only. However, since the program is subsidised by the Government of Bangladesh, the participants and/or employers/sponsors will have to pay only BOT 30,528 (Thirty Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Eight Taka) as tuition.
