- Jr. Consultant (Skin & VD, Radiology).
- Resident Surgeon (Ophthalmology).
- Registrar (Ophthalmology, Neurology).
- Resident Medical Officer (Various Posts, See below circular image).
- Librarian.
- Senior Staff Nurse.

Applications to be submitted in prescribed from obtainable from Cash Counter #15 & 22, BIRDEM, 122 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka – 1000, on all wprking days (9 A.M. to 12-30 P.M.). The Price of each form is Tk. 500/- Age Limite for Serial 9-10 is 30 years as on 30.06.2019.
