Post: Manager (Supply Chain Management)
Qualification : MA/MSS/MCom/MBA from any reputed public or Privet University.
Experience :
- At least 10 years experience in similar (Purchase & Procurement) area & 5 years working experience as a Manager (Supply Chain Management) in any reputed organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing PR (Purchase Requisitions), Preparing CS (Comparative Statement), and Issuing of PO (Purchase Orders) and following it up till final delivery to the warehouse.
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Sourcing alternative/new suppliers of local Products & market visit time to time.
- Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability.
- Establish and update an approved vendor/supplier database.
- Scrutinize all the bills before submitting those to accounts dept. and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Prepare weekly/monthly budget for smooth procurement work.
- Handling ERP Software for record keeping.
- Ability to control subordinate effectively.
Job Nature: Full-time

Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in similar (Purchase & Procurement) area & 3 years working experience as a Officer (Purchase) in any reputed organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out all procurement process as per procurement policy.
- Negotiation with suppliers for better price considering the terms & condition of the purchase policy.
- Receive & submit the bill as per internal documentations requirement compliance & communicate with F & A accordingly.
- Ensure delivery process, functions & documentation.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Sourcing alternative/new suppliers of local Products & market visit time to time.
- Establish and update an approved vendor/supplier database.
- Scrutinize all the bills before submitting those to accounts dept. and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Handling ERP Software for record keeping.
Job Nature: Full-time
