British Council invites applications for the position of Project Coordinator - Schools.

Main Accountabilities
- Co-ordinate the delivery of specified project activities and undertake specified technical/support tasks (e.g. manage events, communications, contacts, networks, logistics, external suppliers, meetings) to meet agreed targets
- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth operations for Schools Programme delivery
- Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders including Ministry of Education and Schools
- Ensure the completion of M&E documents for Schools Programme are fulfilled as per programme guidelines
- Liaise with the external contacts in partner organizations and other suppliers for achieving better outcome for Schools projects
- Manage visits of national and international schools, consultants / trainers and organisations as per the required British Council processes.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure financial compliance and risk management according to British Council policies for the Schools team budget.
- Support Project Manager/s to keep the budget on track by timely processing expenditures and income
And will have the following skills and experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children
- Experience of safe planning, organisation and delivery of activities for children
We can offer
- Monthly salary BDT 46,809 (Consolidated).
- Transport allowance of Tk 9000.00 per month plus other benefits according to the organisation’s policy
