Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO working in Kurigram district is looking for a qualified Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for ‘IMAGINE Project.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: (01)
Academic/Educational qualification: Master’s in Social Science, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies or relevant subject.
Job experience: At least 4-5 years working experience with proven skill and competencies to work in monitoring and evaluation field. Advance computer skill in MS-Excel, MS-Access; Power point working knowledge on SPSS and Internet browsing.
Other job requirements: Have knowledge on qualitative and quantitative M&E system, large database management, monitoring of market development, women and girls right, gender mainstreaming, sexual and reproductive health right and Income Generating Activities. M & E Framework, Guideline, Plan & designing, tools and data collection methods. Experience in tracking details work plan and guideline management on the variances, if any. Experience in both qualitative data and qualitative data collection, data consolidation and troubleshooting, data analysis and provide feedback on monitoring result. Experience in documenting and disseminating M&E findings and organizational learning of the program and Knowledge in conducting Data Quality Assessment (DQA), M&E Audit, etc. Understanding on ICT and web based online automated information management system. Knowledge of participatory approach, institutional assessment, quantitative and qualitative techniques for various assessments and analysis. Including template design, data entry and cleaning, logical checks of monitoring data. Conduct field visit frequent at least 50% of assigned time. Self-motivated, Sincere and Ability to meet deadline under pressure. Should have valid Motor bike driving license.
Salary: Monthly gross salary BDT. 35,000/-(Salary will be negotiable for highly experienced and deserving candidate)
