Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR initiatives which include recruitment, promotion, performance review Process. training & development, compensation & benefits etc.
- Formulate career development plans in befitting manner.
- Supervise HR personnel administration.
- Evaluate training and development programs.
- Develop HR & service rules policies for company as and when needed.
- Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools.
- Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company’s rules and as well as labor laws.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the concerned committee from time to time.
Requirements
- Experience as Executive Vice President of HR or equivalent position of financial institution is preferred.
- Experience in strategic planning,
- Sound knowledge of all HR functions.
- Hands-on experience with HRM systems.
- Good understanding of labor legislation.
- Excellent leadership abilities.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Academic background: MBS/MBA/Master in Human Resources Management or Masters Degree with PGDHRM from any recognized institution.
- Age in between 45 to 50 years.
- 15 years working experience in the field.
- Rank-up to Senior Executive Vice President commensurate with the experiences & extra educational background.
- Language: Good command over Bengali and English (both writing & speaking).
Salary and remuneration: Negotiable
