গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের নার্সিং ও মিডওয়াইফারি অধিদপ্তরের আওতাধীন কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে অনুষ্ঠিত ভর্তি পরীক্ষার ফলাফলের ভিত্তিতে ঢাকা শিশু হাসপাতাল মার্সিং ইনস্টিটিউটে ৩ বছর মেয়াদী ডিপ্লোমা ইন নার্সিং সায়েন্স এন্ড মিডওয়াইফারি (২০২৪-২০২৫ শিক্ষাবর্ষ) কোর্সে ভর্তির জন্য সরকারী নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ভর্তি ইচ্ছুক ছাত্র- ছাত্রীদের (অবিবাহিত) নিকট হতে আবেদনপত্র আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে।

ভর্তির যােগ্যতাঃ

১। গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের নার্সিং ও মিডওয়াইফারি অধিদপ্তরের আওতাধীন কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে অনুষ্ঠিত ভর্তি পরীক্ষায়  চ্যূনতম ৪০ নম্বর থাকতে হবে। কেন্দ্রীয় পরীক্ষায় প্রাপ্ত নম্বরের ভিত্তিতে ভর্তি করা হবে। 

২। পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ৩ কপি সত্যায়িত রঙিন ছবি (কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে অনুষ্ঠিত ভর্তি পরীক্ষার প্রবেশপত্রে সংযুক্ত ছবির সাথে মিল  থাকতে হবে) জমা দিতে হবে। 

৩। এসএসসি ও এইচএসসি পরীক্ষার সনদের (মূল/ সাময়িক), একাডেমিক ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট/ মার্কসীটের (মূল/ সাময়িক ), প্রশংসাপত্রের  সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি জমা দিতে হবে । 

৪। ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ চেয়ারম্যানের নিকট হতে নাগরিকের সনদ পত্র ও জন্ম সনদ/ জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি জমা দিতে হবে । 

৫। কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে অনুষ্ঠিত ভর্তি পরীক্ষার প্রবেশ পত্র এবং ফলাফলের সদনের ফটোকপি আবেদন ফরমের সাথে জমা দিতে হবে।

৬। ভর্তির আবেদন ফরম ৫০০/– (অফেরতযোগ্য) টাকা নগদ জমা দিয়ে ঢাকা শিশু হাসপাতাল নার্সিং ইনস্টিটিউট থেকে সংগ্ৰহ করতে হবে।

আবেদন ফরম জমা দেয়ার (সকাল ৯.০০টা থেকে দুপুর ২.০০টা) শেষ তারিখ ২২/০৬/২০২৫। অন্যান্য সকল তথ্যের জন্য ঢাকা শিশু হাসপাতাল নার্সিং ইনস্টিটিউট, ব্লক-বি, অধ্যক্ষের কার্যালয়, রুম নং ৮০১ (৮ম তলা) শের ই বাংলা নগর, ঢাকা – ১২০৭ এ যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। 

৭। ভর্তির সময় এসএসসি, এইচএসসি পরীক্ষার মূল সনদপত্র ও অন্যান্য সকল সনদপত্রসহ মেডিকেল ফিটনেস সার্টিফিকেট জমা দিতে হবে।
