Assistant Manager, VAT

Job Responsibilities

• Should be independent to work on all VAT related tasks by ensuring proper compliance as per Bangladesh VAT Act.
• Should having sound knowledge on VAT Act.
• Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
• Monthly VAT return preparation and submission.
• Ensure party VDS deduction and deposit accordingly.
• Maintain appropriate communication with the local VAT and Custom office, division office, circle office etc.
• To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Post graduate (CA course completed will be given preference).

Experience Requirements

• • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    VAT and Customs
  • The applicants having experience in the following business area(s) will be preferred:
    Manufacturing (Specially in Food Industry), Trading or Export/Import

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with a proven track record in respective job scope and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient on computer operation especially on MS Excel and Word is a must.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
