Requirements:
Education:
- MBBS with any post graduate degree or MBBS with minimum 7 to 10 years administrative/ teaching experience.
- Preference will be given to retired Principals/Vice Principals/Teachers from Government Institutes of Medical Technology

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the organization, including routine tasks such as Class & Exam Schedule, Class monitoring, Teacher & Staff monitoring, and communication with higher authorities, students, guardians & regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for all departments in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
- Ensure the team is well-trained and stays current with technological advancements and institute best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, and implement necessary changes to maintain adherence.
- Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new medical technologies and equipment to improve diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to enhance interdisciplinary communication and cooperation.
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external partners regarding medical technology initiatives and updates.
- Stay current with advancements in medical technology and healthcare by participating in relevant conferences, workshops, and continuing education.
- Encourage and support the ongoing professional development of the medical technology team
