Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Job Description / Responsibility
- Managing all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Organizing, direct and evaluate food and beverage service.
- Identifying guest’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Managing daily food and beverage operations.
- Following food and safety regulations.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Assisting with marketing events.
- Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
- Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business management or hospitality management.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
- Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
Additional Requirements:
- Age: Not more than 45 years.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
Salary Range: Negotiable

Position: Waitress/Hostess
Job Description / Responsibility
- Greeting guests and taking food orders.
- Describing menu items and suggesting food to guests.
- Taking meal and beverage orders from guests and place these orders in the kitchen.
- Ensuring the ordered food is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
- Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food.
- Checking that guests are satisfied with their meal.
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
- Preparing the bill for tables when requested.
- Receiving and process payments (cash and cards).
Educational Requirements:
- SSC for Waitress.
- HSC for Hostess.
- Preferred Professional Certification: F&B Service from any Training Institute.
Experience Requirements: At least 1 year.
Additional Requirements:
- Age: Not more than 30 years.
- Physical strength, Physical stamina, Attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Written and Verbal Communication skills, Guests service skills, Teamwork, Ability to work under pressure, Positive attitude, Upsell mindset, Good appearance and a happy, friendly personality.
