Post Name: Sales Associate
Off day: Weekly 1 day, fixed by Showroom Manager
Job Type: Full Time ( 10 Hours ).
Work Responsibility:
- Customer Query & Complaint Handling in line with Company Policy
- Be a Team Player in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining the best & well sorted display presentation at the sales floor
- Be proactive in knowledge & development on Kids products types
- Understand the psyche & provide outstanding customer service
- Store stock & display inventory management
- Good at Cross-selling techniques
Educational Qualification:
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) passed
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write and perform basic Math, English, & Bangla
- Age: Maximum 25 years
- Gender: Female only
- Friendly Personality & Positive Body Language
- High on work ethics & time discipline
- Confident, Smart & Orderly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time at the display floor with similar energy & attitude
- An eye for detail in understanding customer behavior & taste
- Have to be comfortable in approaching customers and start conversation
Additional Requirements:
- Years of experience: 1+ Year will be preferred
- Field of experience: Retail Sales
