Sr. Executive/Executive – Compliance

Prerequisite to apply:

MBA/BBA from Public/reputed Private University.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
Age: Maximum 35 years.

Major duties and responsibilities:

Ability to face different type of technical, quality, security and compliance audit (CTPAT) like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, GOTS, OCS, RCS, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc.
Organize and prepare all types of audit documents as per requirement.
Maintain logbook, certificates and buyers portal as per management instruction.
Monitor fire safety, occupational health and safety and environmental safety in work place and take corrective actions if required.
Regular floor visit to oversee compliance activities and take corrective actions if any non-compliance activity found.
Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
Provide or conduct all types of required training as per buyer CoC and law.
Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Work Station: Factory, Bhaluka, Mymensingh
