Executive – Compliance
Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Look after Compliance related activities of factory premises to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain effective industrial relations and ensure employees’ Welfare, Health & Safety.
- Ensure Environmental Sustainability of the factory.
- Ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyer’s code of conduct.
- Maintain effective public relations and liaison with regulatory bodies, local administrations of the government, law enforcement.
Pre-requisite to apply:
- Bachelor in HRM/ Management from any reputed institution.
- 1-5 years of experience in garment factory.
- Below 32 years of age.

- Factory at Dubaliapara, Valuka, Mymensingh

Senior Executive, Engineering Store
Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall supervision and monitoring the Engineering Store as a store in charge of capacity (production) 130 ton /day spinning Mill.
- Should have practical knowledge about ERP software system.
- Monitoring stock level (EOQ, Re order level, Safety Stock, Material requirement planning).
- Monitoring goods receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse.
Pre-requisite to apply:
- Bachelor Degree from commerce from any reputed University.
- Minimum 10 years’ practical experience in Spinning Factory.
- Good communication skill and well conversant with Computer applications.
- Age: Maximum 40 years.

Maintenance Officer, Mechanical
Major Duties and Rresponsibilities:
- Will be responsible for smooth shift operation.
- Will be responsible for breakdown & preventive maintenance of all machineries.
- Troubleshooting and repairing of all machineries.
- Prepare and update documents & records as prescribed.
- Train junior team members.
