Lal Teer Seed Limited a concern of Multimode Group is the first research based and ISO 9001-2008 certified seed company in the private sector of Bangladesh engaged in developing, producing and selling of different varieties of vegetable, rice and other seeds along with Pesticide products marketed through its domestic and overseas distribution network invites application from the competent and deserved candidates in the responsible positions as mentioned below:

Educational Qualification:
MBA (Major in HRM) from a Public University or any renowned Private University.
General Requirements:
Excellent command in English (both written and oral)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Good computer skill is a must
Experience Required:
Must have 1 – 3 years and above practical experience in similar position in a reputed national/multinational organization in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the paperwork around interviewing, hiring, staffing, training, safety environment
- Look after employee relations, career development, training initiatives.
- Ensure that HR process and procedures are constantly communicated and administered to all officials and also keep Management informed.
- Assist Head of HR for workforce planning, skills assessment.
- Performance Management
- HRM Management.
- Managing employees benefits and compensation, employees records and personnel policies
- Develop internal office system
- Should have knowledge in existing Labor Law & Computer (MS Office).
Age : Maximum 35 years.
Job Location: Farm Office, Uthura-Mymensingh. The selected candidate must have to stay at Farm Office or resident must be nearby the Uthura Farm.
Salary : Negotiable

Keeping the need for research in mind and how it can help Bangladeshis understand more about seed yielding and seed variety, Lal Teer Seed Ltd was started. With extensive research and collaboration with local communities across 64 districts of Bangladesh, Lal Teer Seed has become the largest biotechnology and seed Production Company in the country. Recently, Lal Teer has been expanding its operations to open up new markets internationally in South Asia and beyond. As an extension of its seed distribution efforts, in September 2008 Lal Teer started a joint venture with United Phosphorus Limited, India, and entered into pesticide distribution.
