National Computer Training and Research Academy job circular

NACTAR is an autonomous educational and computer training and research institution. The acronym of this academy is NACTAR. The academy is controlled by the Ministry of Education of the Govt. of peoples republic of Bangladesh NACTAR achieved its establishment in 2005 by the act no. 12 of 2005 passed by the national parliament of Bangladesh with the declaration of the cancellation of the former institution named “National Training and Research Academy for Multilingual Shorthand,(NTRAMS), established in1983 based on Multilingual Shorthand, type writing and secretarial science training.

NACTAR has a well-stocked and rich library on the third floor of the Academic Building, for improvement of the Training program and research work of officers, trainees and students. At present, there are 8100 books, including 1550 books on computer related in the library. Apart from this, there are many reference books, including journals, magazines, daily newspapers, and computer books in NACTAR Library. At least 50 readers can read the books together in the library. There are arrangements for issuing books for the teachers, officers and employees of the academy. There is a Bangabondhu Corner in the Library with about 300 books on Bangabondhu and the Liberation War. The following national newspapers (both in English and Bangla) are in the collection of the Library for the readers.

• There are 8 air conditioned computer training lab equipped with 252 computers. . A computer servicing and maintenance Lab.
• A Local Area Network.
• Two server computers to control Local Area Network and internet Bandwidth. o 20 Multimedia Projector
• One lnteractive Flat panel
• lnternet facilities (Bandwidth 72 mbps)
• A generator having llO kva capacity.
