To support its continuous growth, New Zealand Dairy is looking for qualified and competent candidate for the following position.

Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the brand, trade marketing, product development, media, events, and activation team to achieve the business goals.
Prepare and implement the strategic marketing plan for assigned brands in line with the broad strategic objectives of the company to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
Develop and oversee the promotional plan (e.g. ATL & BTL programs, CP/TP programs, digital media buying & content preparation, etc.) and allocate the budget wisely as per the marketing budget.
Deploy marketing campaigns, measure the efficacy of the campaigns and identify every opportunity to increase brand awareness.
Ensure the financial health of the assigned brands and business lines to maintain and enhance profitability.
Adhere to ethical issues and regulations related to food marketing.
Understand the product development process thoroughly from concept to product launching.
Monitor the creative developments (e.g. promotional materials, social media content, advertisements) and other marketing-related projects.
Analyze market information (e.g. growing customers need, competitor’s activities, market trends) and generate idea for new product development, promotion.
