People’s Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFSL) is a publicly listed Non Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) established in 1996. The company is having its Head office at Motijheel, Dhaka. As a part of growth strategy, we are looking for some young, energetic, result oriented and self motivated candidates for Management Trainee Officer (MTO) position in order to expand our business.

Academic Requirement:
- Masters in any discipline with minimum 3 (three) 1st division/class having no 3rd division/class in any of the examinations.
- For GPA/CGPA the division /class will be determined as under

Additional Requirements:
- Proficient Computer operating Skills especially in MS Office.
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skill in both Bengali and English.
- Age should not exceed 30 years as on January 31, 2024.
- Must be Bangladeshi citizen.
