USHA- Unity for Social and Human Action is going to implement a project on violence against women and girls focused on early and forced marriage. The mentioned position will be recruited for implementing the project interventions.
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Ensuring that prescribed books of accounts, registers, and statutory records are maintained properly.
- Preparing and submitting statutory financial statements e.g. balance sheet, income and expenditure account, fund source and utilization statement for annual audit.
- Submitting monthly statements to Executive Director.
- Preparing quality financial report for office and concerned donor agency.
- Preparing receipt payment and income expenditure accounts for annual audit.
- Preparing replies to audit queries raised by the external auditors.
- Preparing annual budget, project budget and submit to the Executive Director for the approval in the Executive Board.
- Incurring expenditure as per budget allotment for each line item.
- Receiving funds from the donors and ensuring deposit of the funds in designated bank.
- Performing any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Masters in Accounting
Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)
Job Requirements:
- formal Training in financial management/accountancy;
- sound knowledge in English;
- computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office and Internet;
- good command in English and Bangla;
- report writing skills in English;
- good communication skills;
- gender sensitiveness;
- ability to work under pressure to meet schedules.
Job Location: Tangail (Tangail Sadar)
Salary: TK. 24500 (Monthly)
